This is absolutely the coolest and most wholesome "nightlife" place to hang out at. For anybody who's super into Dungeons & Dragons, Harry Potter, or anything dragon or fantasy related, I highly recommend this place because of the relevant fantasy decor. It literally felt like a vacation coming here because the aesthetic is mindblowingly perfect. I also love how they have a bunch of aesthetic mocktails to choose from. I HAD to order the Black Tea Latte, which is a boba drink that comes with a BUBBLE on top. To my surprise, it tasted amazing as well and I didn't expect to be blown away by the flavor quality since this isn't really a boba shop. The workers are very kind and passionate about what they do and there's also this fun "challenge" you can try if you're up for it! 5/5, I'd definitely come back again! It was definitely a very memorable experience.

This was such a fun place. Came here on a Saturday night and they have an anime party event. I didn't know if this is a place that will welcome a Gen X walking in what looks like a Gen Z hangout. I have to say everyone was super friendly. I thought I will just go in and get a boba, I was wrong it was a sit down with such fun music. It's a community hangout. This place has expensive boba, but it's well worth it as it's really a concept place. I ordered a labyrinth, which is Jasmine tea with boba, also added a peanut butter ice cream, I had better boba and ice cream else where. But you come here for the experience. I also appreciate that no alcohol is served so it feels folks are here just to have fun and not to get drunk. If you want to be a wizard and wave a wand, come to Elixir, they have fun people and really killer music selection.

Super cool, super cute place. The staff is just as enchanting as the concept. The drinks are creative. They have real experiences worth engaging in. We need more of this in Costa Mesa. CAUTION: If you're bringing little kids, just realize there a SEX SHOP right below that your children will walk by with sex toys and gender doctrine pressed into the window. As you enter the stairs up the venue, there is HEAD SHOP selling bongs and other drug paraphernalia. One can only blame the city of Costa Mesa for zoning these businesses next to a location that should be protected from this content.

Running errands with my son and we decided we wanted tea. So I typed "tea near me" into my phone and it brought us to Elixir! Or...maybe we were beckoned to Elixir! Such a pleasant surprise to stumble onto this super cool and unique secret garden of high fantasies and the best teas! We were seated and waited on by the coolest guy (owner's brother, I think. Didn't catch a name) and a beautiful fairy who was very entertaining. I can't remember the names of the two teas we got but they were both delicious! The decor was beautiful and the room was intimate. We just want to hang out here all the time. Should mention, we are both adults and we loved this place! We read they have special nights so we're looking forward to any D&D / MTG gaming or Game of Thrones trivia nights. Haven't taken a look at the website, but I'm hoping events are listed. Either way, we will totally be back.
